Timeline: 1-2 days before the listing is active (the property will be listed as "coming soon" during this time).

Listing Day! (Generally Thursday PM / Friday AM)

We will make your listing active on the MLS, Zillow,, Redfin, and Trulia; full web syndication on 7,200+ websites within 12 hours.

Showings Begin (Generally Saturday AM)

We use the Centralized Showing Service for your security and buyers’ agent ease. You will receive a notification of each showing. We may suggest that you make arrangements to stay elsewhere if possible during the first weekend.
